Period!! TMI Warning

My period is 13 days late. Two weeks ago I went to the gynecologist and she took a pregnancy test and it came back negative. Over the last week I have been experiencing, at times excruciating cramps, most of the time they’re just a little worse than period cramps, I’ve also had diarrhea for the past 4 days, no solid poops. And last night another strange symptom, sore breasts. Is there any way that we took the test to early? Could I possibly be pregnant? I have to do an ultrasound Tomorrow because she wanted to make sure everything’s okay in my insides. I have a lot of family history of female problems. So I’ll do another pregnancy test tomorrow. I’m just worried.

UPDATE: I am 5 weeks pregnant!!!!
