Could I be pregnant?

So I’m 3 days late for my period. I’ve never missed a period in my life. They are very regular. I’ve been extremely nauseous and dizzy lately but I have a health condition so I just figured it was that. But the only person i slept with is a guy who is fixed so is that even possible?
