Am I pregnant? I'm confused.

3 days ago me and my dh made love. I expected my period to be arriving yesterday.

I was having spotting since 4 days ago until 2 days ago. Spotting before my period has always been my sign consistently. But until now, I still have not gotten my period and my spotting stopped. Instead of period, what I got today was frequent urination and dysuria.

Can I be pregnant? I know it is somewhat impossible to be pregnant before the days of your period. But I started taking virgin coconut oil for like about 3 weeks and I am thinking it could have altered my cycle.

Any thoughts?
