Has anyone else started to reserve gifts?

My in-laws sent us a car seat and stroller. :) Makes me so much more excited for baby to arrive. I'm about to be 19 weeks.

This sounds crazy. But my dad already bought our baby his first rifle. It was a rare rifle for a good deal.  Its small and made for kids, but will keep it locked up at least till hes 5 or 6 lol  weve also gotten a lot of clothes, diapers, and blankets. And my dad just started building his crib. We also got two bassinets at 8 and 9 weeks. Lol

I went with my mom on Tuesday to register at buy buy baby. Wow! That was overwhelming. It did make it so much more real!! I am 16w and have been researching for weeks now on what I wanted. Pregnancy brought out some serious planning OCD. I feel better just having made a bunch of choices. I say register when you want! It's less stressful for me since I started early which is a good thing.
