Ovulating after early MC

so i had an early miscarriage 5weeks and 4d and we are not trying this cycle as i literally just stopped bleeding last week, but i wanted to use the opks just to make sure i was ovulating and low and behold i got my positive opk today. i just feel better knowing everything is back to normal my body is doing something right.
