How many naps is your lo taking?

My daughter has been consistently taking 3 a day. One at 8:30am another at 12:30 and her last at 4:30. All usually are 45mins to sometimes 2 hours! Lately she has not wanted to do her last nap at all. She seems to have lots of energy and be wide awake. Just curious what every else’s lo is doing now at 8 months

In the past few weeks we just moved onto 2-3-4 (wake, awake for 2 hrs, nap, awake for 3 hrs, nap, awake for 4 hrs, bedtime). We generally do bed/nap time 20-15 minutes before she should be asleep at the 2-3-4 hr marks. This generally looks like: wake at 7, nap 9-10:30, nap 1:30-3, bed at 7. 
My older daughter also followed this schedule until she went to one nap around 15 months.

My kids schedule is almost exactly like yours. First nap is from 8-8:30, 11:30-12, 3:30-4. He sleeps anywhere from 30 min to 2 hours

Same here; my guy would usually do a 8:30/9 nap, 12:30/1 (usually his long one of 1.5-3 hrs) & like 5-6. Now he fights his first & second nap & dropped the third. He does start getting sleepy at like 7:30 now instead of his regular time of 8:30/9.

My daughter was doing naps exactly as your daughter did, but now struggles with last nap at around 4:30. This week we’ve tried keeping her up from her second nap in thrvsftffggggguntil bedtime 6:30-7. There is some crankiness but not too bad to handle yet.

My lo just dropped her third nap

We were at three until about two weeks ago(7.5 months). She rarely seemed tired for her third nap or, if she took it, wouldn’t be tired at bedtime. We’re now down to two but they’ve become a little longer each. Our current schedule is:
Wake up 6:30
Nap one 9:30-11ish
Nap two 2:30-4ish
Bed between 7:30&7:45
The times vary a little but it’s been working well so far, especially because she used to only give me 30 minute naps and now she’s consistently giving 1-2 hours.
