So I’ve been sore behind my right ear for the last couple days. Almost to where I can’t rest my hand on it or lay down on that side, or else it hurts. I’m not really sure what it could be. I have had eczema in the past off and on, and usually I get it behind my ears too. But it has never hurt this bad. It’s cracking and raw feeling on the fold behind my ear (just like the eczema) but the pain isn’t the same. And it feels warm and inflamed.

Has anyone had this before or could have an idea of what it is?

Update: I also have a history of candida overgrowth in my gut, which I think has contributed to my eczema. I’m usually following a strict diet, avoiding gluten and sugar and dairy, but I haven’t been doing the best with that lately in the sugar department. Maybe this has to do with it???
