Infection?

So I have gone with doing sex for the past 3 weeks. Now I haven’t for 2 day. I have a constant urge to pee but when I do nothing really comes out. It’s kinda itchy but it’s not, I’ve have yeast infections and I get tested pretty regularly. I dont think it’s a yeast infection there’s no signs of one. I’m thinking unto but I’m not sure.

I feel the urge to constantly push or try to go to the washroom. I’ve been feeling kinda dry down there too. It hurts to walk because of my underwear but I’m dry. I don’t know if this is too detailed but really girls!! I need some help and advice! Please!!
