7 weeks pp and first period. Tampon?
So I am 7.5 weeks PP and am getting my first period. Is it safe by now to use a tampon or diva cup?
I stopped bleeding two weeks ago but there is still some minor irritation and pain where I tore and had stitches. Pad seems to make me more irritated.
