Pregnancy and sex

I’m only 10 weeks and I was nervous to have sex until hearing the baby’s heartbeat. Now I’m so ready to have sex again but the breast and nipple tenderness has me nervous haha. Hubby is into rough nipple play which we both enjoy but with how sore they are I am a little worried. I really don’t want to make my husband feel like he can’t enjoy my breasts the way he likes but on the other hand I think rough play will just make the breast and nipple pain more uncomfortable the next day. Anyone have any suggestions?
