Anybody else dealing with Placenta previa?

I had complete placenta previa with my baby boy last year.  I don’t want to scare you, I just want to make sure you push for all the care you need.  Unfortunately my placenta stopped functioning properly, and started clotting at 38 weeks and my boy didn’t make it.  When I got the post mortem results I was told I should have been put on aspirin and I should of had a section at 37 weeks.  Make sure you get regular placenta scans, and push for a section at 37 weeks.  I wish I had as my boy would of been here now.  I’m now 30 weeks with my rainbow & I’m on aspirin, getting 3 weekly scans, and I’m booked for a section at 37 weeks.  I wish they’d done this last time.  Good luck x

Not this pregnancy but my third one I had it and it resolved itself at 32 weeks so there is hope!

I’m 23 weeks, and at 21 weeks I had some bleeding and they found what My OB calling a low lying placenta. It’s not obstructing my cervix bit it’s closer than they like to see. 
So I’ll have to have some extra ultrasounds and hopefully that darn thing stays out of the way.

🙋🏼‍♀️found out at my anatomy scan as well and have not had any bleeding as of yet. But on pelvic rest and they’re watching it. I also have to get my cervix checked because of previous surgeries and I went a week later and it had already moved up slightly. But it is still nerve racking. Here’s hoping both of our placentas move up!

i have complete placenta previa with a right accreta. have been having bleeding but no pain. i amon pelvic rest. they dont expect mines to move.iwas diagnosed at 16 weeks. i will be 25 tuesday and it still haven't moved. i get ultrasound from high risk every 2 to 3 weeks. willbe getting induced beteren 37 and 39. ill pray for you

I have complete placenta previa. It’s totally covering my cervix. No bleeding yet. I have an appt to check placement on Thursday, but doctors are saying they’re almost positive it won’t move enough.

I don't have this but my cervix is shortening very quickly I'm only 23w and at very high risk for pre term labor! it's been a rough pregnancy and im so worried about my baby girl. Sending good vibes your way for a healthy pregnancy , so sorry you're going through this.
