Increased soreness
I'm 3.5 wks pp and today I feel a bit more sore in my lower ab than previously. Anyone else feel like this? Not sure If this is just part of the healing process. I did walk around a lot more than normal yesterday, so I'm unsure if that is playing a part. I'm also getting sharp pains and have some pinching.
