anyone experience this?

so I've been having pink CM that turned brown yesterday and now this evening it's back to pink. my expected period is 6 days away, I have an appointment tomorrow to take a test at a clinic but if it's negative does this mean it's too early to tell or are these common AF symptoms? I've never experienced this before
