Vitex questions

Okay, I posted a few days ago asking about vitex and people said I should definitely try it. So basically, my periods used to be extremely regular and then all of a sudden they went crazy. I had a 44 day cycle and this current cycle is cd 47 but I knew for sure am not pregnant. So I ordered some vitex off amazon, it was delivered this morning and I took one pill in the car on my way to work. 2 hours later I started my period. Is this a coincidence or is vitex THAT amazing? Lol and now what? Should I continue taking it? Stop since I finally got my period? I am desperately TTC (who here isn’t? 😂) and really don’t want to screw anything up by continuing to take it or stopping. I wanted to go to the doctor but cant get an appointment for a few weeks. So I’m turning to you wise ladies.
