11wks 4days spotting after sex

Hi, so this is my first time posting one here. I’m trying not to freak out. So I wanted some advice on what to do. Here is some background, this is my first pregnancy. I currently have a UTI and found out his morning I may have a yeast infection. Smh. so I have been taking antibiotics for my UTI,(pharmacist said it was possible to get a yeast infection while taking this antibiotic ) so the past few days I have been spotting but Brown, was told normal especially after having sex and my cervix is shedding and I have no cramping. Called My doctor said don’t worry normal for spotting especially after sex. So cut to this morning, went to the bathroom and wiped and there was a glob of white mucus. (Though must be part of the shedding...) then after, my husband and I had sex. Later we leave for our outing, then a couple hours later I was spotting. However it was red and watery... this is I guess is the best way to try and explain it. Still no cramping. However about 2hours ago I feel very very light cramping. Almost the kind like I have to go poop but I try and nothing... as I’m laying here in bed it comes and goes but very light it’s not painful or sharp. It’s a light dull cramp that’s off and on now for the past hour. Should I be worried? Has anyone else experienced this? I’m tempted to go to labor and delivery to see if everything is okay but don’t want to go if it’s nothing. Please help. Thank you.
