So I took a ovulation test by accident and I'm no where near ovulation cause I'm 5 days from my cycle and ovulated the 29th. Why is there to lines??

I'm in the same boat,my period is 9 days away  and today's 5dpo,I woke up with cramps and  a stomach ache and a POSITIVE opk, I had one yesterday too but it was lighter,and I'm sure there was a negative at some point any advice? ?

I took an ovulation test being that I'm pregnant to see the outcome and it looked like that ..I heard it could pick up hcg so I gave it a shot

Sometimes opk's pick up hcg =)

Your body can let off a lh surge before you get your period. I've also heard that it can detect hcg.

I did an opk experiment since 4dpo and found my lines were all diffrent and still not positive but got my faint positive on my hpt this morning

There are always two lines because you have LH present throughout your cycle.  Before AF, it can increase and lead to what is a stronger line, but still negative.  Your test is negative and probably doesn't mean too much.  I would test with a pregnancy test if you're close to AF, or wait until after it's due and test then.

There is always two lines on ovulation test because you always have those hormones in. Your body.... Once the second line is as dark as the text line means you will ovulate in 12-24 hours

I'm pretty sure there's always a line regardless, it just depends on how dark it is to see if your ovulating
