HELPPPPP!!!! IN NEED OF ADVICE

I had my period in May on the 13th through the 18th. On the 26th we had sex with a condom for only a few minutes and I’m pretty sure the condom didn’t break and he told me he didn’t cum at all. It’s now June and my period is 5 days late , also I haven’t been consistent with my birth control in May , I just got back to taking it regularly this month and I’ve been freaking out I honestly don’t know what to do my back has been hurting so bad and I’m starting to see light light light red when I wipe and I don’t know what it is . This has never happened to me and I really need help !! Someone please help 😭
