Fetal heartbeat ? 145 at home Doppler

Used my at home Doppler for the first time today and heard a heartbeat which came up as 145 was just wondering would this be the fetal heartbeat or my own ? I’ve heard they are easy to confuse..

If you hold your finger on your own pulse whilst listening to what you think is baby’s you can easily tell. If they are synced it’s yours, if the one you hear is faster it’s baby’s ☺️

How far along are you? I wouldn’t trust the numbers until the second trimester personally — when you hear baby, just count for 15 seconds and then multiply that number by 4!

I don’t trust the numbers on that Doppler and you’ll be able to tell if its you or the babys because the baby’s sounds faster

Don’t trust the numbers on those. My babies heart beat is always in the 170’s but my Doppler will not go higher than the 140’s and it says my heart rate is in the 120’s when I know it isn’t. 
You will know the difference between the two once you hear babies heart. I suggest going on YouTube and watching videos on it
