Surprise for my SO. Please help.

My partner and I have been together for almost a year and a half. Our two year anniversary is coming up on Feb. 26, and I want to surprise her.

She never has the money for nice nails, or more than the basic clothes. We're both college students on budgets.

I'm already figuring out plans for dinner at a nice place, but I want to take it a couple steps further.

I'll also be getting her flowers and arranging for her to have her nails/makeup done in advance, and paying for the Uber to the restaurant. (My dad wants to pay for dinner as a nice gesture).

Any tips for finding her the perfect outfit (including shoes) without breaking the bank, or including her? I already know her sizes but want to make sure she feels and looks great.
