Pimple down there? What is it?

I got a pimple on my labia minora. I get this pimple occasionally, and puss comes out if I press on it tight. It’s uncomfortable when I walk. And it’s probably 1cm big. Ive gotten them since last year and all of a sudden they disappear, then magically come back. Last week I got one on my left side, today I got one on my right side. Can anybody relate to this? Has it happened to anybody? If so what did you do about it? What is it? (No ingrown hair). I don’t think it’s herpes cus it rarely happens and it’s one pimple not a group of pimples
