That would be fairly easy because it’s just cartilage. Many nose jobs they have to actually break your nose. (Husband does facial surgeries)

You should love your body regardless of what flaws you have. Your flaws make you who you are. I have ears that are a little bigger than normal even though I hate them with every bone in my body I would never change it because that is what makes me who I am. What would you be without flaws? You're perfect the way you are sweetie. Don't let anyone tell you other wise. instead of plastic surgery embrace it. Learn to love the things you hate about your body it will change you. :)
