Vijay jay pain

Does anyone else have the feeling of like you pulled some sort of muscle in your Vijay jay? I was moving my small stuff out of my house today soooo a lot of lifting and walking and now my flossy flash feels like i thunder storm 🌩 just completely aching. Oh and I had some sticky clear cloudy discharge... wonder what that means... i bet i won’t be doing any moving around tomorrow! Back labor set in literally 45 minutes after i showered and just started chillin.
