Scared

So after 18 months of TTC, almost 12 months of being told I had fertility issues and the likelihood of conceiving alone wasn’t possible, a miscarriage and surgery to remove Endo, flush my tube and see if my Right tube was taken when it ruptured with an ectopic..... I got a positive test.

The thing is, I had surgery on the 11/5, started bleeding on the 13/5 and have no idea where I am at in my cycle. I usually have a 26 day cycle so being day 37 and only just getting a positive I must of O’d late? Usual bleed cycle length is 4 days and I bled for 10.

I am so scared. Last Tuesday I had what I thought was IB and yesterday and today just brown spotting which looks like flakey flecks of Brown when I wipe. Also having period like cramps that come and go but aren’t as intense. Had blood done and they sent me for an ultrasound due to previous ectopic but nothing was seen. I think because it’s toooooo early?? I want this so bad, I have a 10.5 year old son who has patiently waited so long for this! Not to mention the baby daddy.
