Long-lasting Love?

It's come to my attention after many years of life that my parents are no longer in love. They love each other, but are no longer "in love". These are the people married 20 years that gave me hope in love and relationships. The ones that helped me in my relationships and gave me guidance. 
But after a bad breakup and then finding this out, I've kind of lost hope in the idea of getting into another relationship, as the love's just gonna die anyway, isn't it?.. 
Is anyone really still in love after 20 years?

I said I’m not sure because I’m still young but I one hundred percent know that love is long lasting. Don’t judge love off one relationship whether it’s yours or someone else’s.

The in love feeling is not meant to last long term. What true love is, is the choice to stick it out through the tough times, the choice to provide the best for the other person, the choice to forgive, the choice to confide, and the choice to love that person even when you don’t feel it.

My advice is not to look at any of your parents relationships as perfect. Because they’re not going to be. 
Just like yours won’t. 
Long lasting love is possible, by sometimes after 20 years you’re tired of trying or lying about it.

My grandparents were married 56 years when my grandfather passed away. They didn’t give off the impression of being “in love” because they weren’t a super affectionate couple. But my grandmother only lived a year and a half after he passed before she did too. I think part of it was a broken heart. We think she only stayed alive to meet my daughter and watch her grow up a little bit.
