When do you start using the ovulation strips ? I’ve not used them before app says I will ovulate in 8 days just not sure when to start tracking 🙃

Hi. There’s usually a chart in the pack so you can work out when according to your cycle. If you’re due to ovulate in 8 days I would probably start in a few days x

I started cd8-18. I ovulated on cd 15. Caught it and got bfp. I also used bbt
