Bad cramps and heavy flow

So I’ve been having really bad cramps and a really heavy flow for about the past 1 and a half years is there anything I could get to stop the pain and really heavy flow i have tired pain tablets which doctors prescribed but they didnt give anything else and it just isn’t working . What could I get . I am 16
