Is there still a chance this cycle?

I expect to get my period on 6/23. I’m having a lot of symptoms and thought for sure I conceived. However, an early response pregnancy test was clearly negative today. Is there still a chance? Could I hold out hope?

I’m expected to get my period on the 23rd as well, my husband and I are currently trying to conceive our 2nd child. Yes I still think there is hope for you to be pregnant, testing this early and receiving a BFP would be super early. I’m not sure if we ovulated around the same time or not probably, I got my LH surge on the 8th, CD 17. I had implantation bleeding yesterday (well at least I think it was, it was light pink and then turned brownish later in the day). I didn’t experience implantation bleeding with my daughter, so I’m not exactly sure. But anyways so if that’s the case implantation occurred yesterday, so 8 days after ovulation. I would need to give my body time to raise my HCG levels. I will not be taking a pregnancy test until Saturday 🤞🍀🤰🏻Also just because the pregnancy tests say up to 6 days before your missed period, that isn’t the case for everyone. Implantation can occur up to 12 days after fertilization. With my daughter I got my BFP at 16 DPO. So of course there is still hope, I wouldn’t test again until this weekend. I know how hard it is to wait, I want to test right now sooo badly! Baby Dust to us and hopefully we both get our BFP this weekend ✨🤞🍀🤰🏻💙💕

That’s still 6 days before your missed period so still quite early to test! Try and hold off until Sunday (if af doesn’t show)
