Telling #1 About #2 ?!? Due Feb 18

I am 5 weeks today and am dying to tell my 3 year old about our new edition! Anyone tell their other child the exciting news?! I don’t want to tell her this early for obvious reasons but it is so hard keeping this secret from her! I need some advise ladies 🤗

My son has been begging me for a baby sister or brother for a couple of years now, so I actually told him first and had him tell my husband the surprise for Father’s Day. I did make sure to have a conversation with him about the fact that we’re not telling anyone else yet & it’s a secret, but he’s 8.

I have a five yr old son, I'm going to tell him when I tell the rest of the family at about 8 weeks this fourth of July. I have to tell him because he like to jump on me to give me hug and kisses. which I love, but need to understand why he has to be careful with mommy.

I haven’t told my almost 3 year old because we know he’ll spill the beans to everyone before we’re ready to tell them. But we’re going to tell family at 8-9 weeks so not too much longer :)

I have told my daughter and I’m still very early. She is 8 though so she can keep the secret safe, I wouldn’t have trusted 3 yo Kaylee though 😂😂. You two are absolutely gorgeous btw!!

We have an 8yo daughter. We told her at 8 weeks when we were pregnant a few months ago. We ended up having a MC and telling her was the hardest thing we had to do. 😢💔 So this time we are protecting her heart. We are thinking positive and keeping faith, but I don’t ever want to see my daughter go through that again. Good luck! 💕

I haven't told my 5 year old yet. I had an early miscarriage in march and explaining that too him was the hardest thing I've ever done. I'm waiting until after my first ob appointment to tell him this time and it's killing me to wait that long.
