Was I pregnant?

For the past 3 years my husband and I wanted to try for another baby. Nothing worked. My cycle was so messed up. Until 3-4 months that it’s been regular every month.. I always took test just because.. until one day I took it and I got these.. I was shocked. Never would I get an extra line so you would know how happy I was. I was going to surprise my husband for Father’s Day but Thursday I started spotting and cramping horribly. Couldn’t get a docs appt. now I got my period 😭😭 everyday I would retest to see if they were positive but as u can see the lines started fading after days of spotting and cramping..

Was I pregnant and miscarried?
