IUD insertion today

Any advice? Words of encouragement? Should I take ibuprofen 2 hrs before or 1 hr? lol I'm just nervous. My appointment is this afternoon for the paraguard. I can't do hormonal bc...I know the procedure isn't THAT bad. I keep reminding myself I've been through more painful shit in my life (broken nose, injured sciatica...) but the online stories...boy they are rough to read haha. I generally have quite bad cramps the first day of my periods so I'm thinking its going to feel like that. My obgyn couldnt fit me in for insertion during my period either :/ so this should be fun. Im 27, never had kids.

UPDATE: it went great! barely any pain. Id say a 3/10. I have had period cramps worse than the most intense part of it. Id say the dilation sucked the most but i closed my eyes, focused on my breathing, and it was over. Took 600mg ibuprofen about an hr beforehand. THANKS LADIES!! Im so happy i did this!
