Sperm Motility

So, for about 8 months now me and my fiancé have been TTC, I thought it was me but we found out that I have been ovulating due to blood work. Next thing you know I get a call from my OBGYN telling me that my fiancé’s sperm sample came back and he has sperm but they are too slow...they should be up to 75% and his is at 13%. We are going to a specialist and I’m curious if any of you ladies have had to go through this and if you found anything that help...???
