Dripping milk at 10days post ovulation??

Hey gals! I was super surprised yesterday to find my breasts leaking (youngest stoped "comfort" nursing over 9 mos ago after I started drying up). I took a test late morning, not first pee and had had coffee and bacon, and it was definitely a negative. Anyone else ever experience this as a possible first symptom? I11days post ovulation today. If we're preggers, it will be #4! 😁💗💙
