Hemorrhoids and early pregnancy?!

Hey guys. So I know none of you are doctors but I could use some advice. My insurance doesn’t cover crap so I need some guidance before I decide to see a doctor.

Two days ago, I had a sudden wave of UTI symptoms come over me. My bladder felt just... irritated. So I went to the bathroom, and when I wiped, I saw blood. I thought this was my period because I am now 57 days late, but it was actually coming from my butt (yikes). I wiped 2-3 more times and the blood stopped. Keep in mind I was NOT trying to poop, but I might have been straining to squeeze pee out bc I was uncomfortable due to the UTI symptoms.

The UTI symptoms went away in 5 mins. I’ve only pooped twice since then and every time there has been some blood. It’s bright red blood, so I’m thinking it’s hemorrhoids.

Yesterday I felt like crap ALL day. Fatigue, nausea, all that. My period is 57 days late. I took a pregnancy test to rule that out, and I actually got a faint line... took another this morning, and got the same. I’ll post the pics below. Now my question is, are hemorrhoids linked to early pregnancy? I’m not sure when I ovulated since we stopped trying to get pregnant, so I have no idea how far along I could be if I am in fact pregnant.
