Cradle cap or just peeling skin?

My baby is 1 month tomorrow. The last week her hair line has majorly receded lol and she looks like an old man. 
It’s peeling/flaking where her hair is receded.
I’ve put lotion on it buuut not really helping.
Is this normal? Lol

That happened to my son as well and his 1month pictures look ridiculous 😂 We had great luck with Mustela foam shampoo (its meant for cradle cap), and a soft silicone brush every time I gave him a bath. It all came off in one or two days and after that we just tried to keep it moisturized with a gentle eczema cream. We like California Baby eczema cream.

Take a soft brush and rub it gently around baby’s scalp with baby shampoo and it will help get some of the flakes off. You will have to do this every few days to get it all to come off, but in a few weeks it will be less of an issue.

Cradle cap. Try coconut oil for a week. If that doesn't work, use Selsun blue 2 or 3x a week and wash after it sits 3 minutes. If that doesn't work in a couple of weeks, get an rx from the pediatrician. I have 4 kids and all of them have had cradle cap and this is what their dr advised us.
