Not exercised in weeks...
So, before I got pregnant I was working out at least 5 days a week - weights, cardio, yoga, you name it.
Now, I'm 8w4d and I've not gone to the gym in nearly a month. I feel sick all the time and can't face any fast or heavy movements. I honestly can't spend another month like this - it's driving me crazy.
Anyone else in the same boat? Any advice??
