Could I still be pregnant?🤦‍♀️

I had spotting Thursday and Friday but AF never came. Was in the hospital for something else on Friday and they did a test before they could do procedures and it was a bfn. Could I still be pregnant? Someone said my chart looks off but my periods are that long cause I have PCOS. Any tips or comments would be GREATLY appreciated. It’s kinda frustrating that it hasn’t happened for us yet but crossing our fingers for a bfp🤞!
