BBT confusion

hi this is my first month charting, i have terribly long cycles in which i don't ovulate, been getting accupunture to help me bleed and ovulate, has anyone had a chart like this before, I'm really confused i get hopeful about ovulation then my temps drop again, I'm going to start monitoring vaginslly next month so the temperatures are more core legit temps rather then orally, i have a feeling my period is due soon because i have hella sore boobs, cramps continuously throughout the day, nauseous but very very hungry i have said in he past my period gets hungry so this is my prediction but i can't think of a time i would of ovulated, any help would be lovely
