What does pregnancy throwing up feel like??

So I have never thrown up in all 3 of my pregnancies. I get nauseated but never throw up. Well this morning I felt completely fine, ate my oatmeal and about 5 minutes after I was done I just threw it all up in the kitchen sink. It came out of nowhere and now I feel like myself again. I do feel kind of weak through. Is this what it feels like to throw up because of pregnancy?? Or do you think I have a virus? Also wondering why the heck at 34 weeks I’m all the sudden throwing up?!?!
