Throwing up & prenatal vitamins
Nausea got to me for the first time today and I threw up. It was after I ate breakfast and took my prenatal vitamins - maybe 30 min or so. Do I need to take the prenatal vitamins later today? I’m wondering if I lost the benefits of the vitamins since I threw up.
