Nothing but diarrhea

I am 13 weeks and 3 days and have been peeing out my butt all day today 😩 My stomach is really crampy and gassy. Is this normal for this early in pregnancy? I’ve always heard that means labor but I’ve also not been able to poop for about a week now so could be constipation letting loose?
