Tips, ideas, all the above?!


So I desperately have been wanting to loose weight. My goal is to loose 40-50 pounds but also tone and tighten everything. I have a goal to accomplish this by mine and my husbands 2nd Wedding Anniversary next March!

What worked for you ladies? Everything from your food diet to exercise? My husband and I are very busy all of the time so it’s hard to stay super consistent/:

**Edit: I should also mention that I have an extremely hard time loosing weight and maintaining the weight loss!

Also any meal ideas would great also!! Especially for lunch!
