Back ache, feeling like I'm going to throw up

So I'm 37 weeks exactly and today I had a normal day no pain or anything I got home from shopping made dinner, as I sat down to eat I got a pain in my back it's slowly moving to my belly. And I feel like I'm going to vomit. The pain comes and goes so far it's happening about every 20-25 mins (since830) and last about 3 mins or so. I haven't lost my plug yet well at least not that I know of. Could I be in labor or is it just false labor?
