I went for my weekly BPP ultrasound today, and baby is just as happy as can be, but my blood pressure was 138/90. I had preeclampsia with my first pregnancy and delivered at 33 weeks 4 days (currently 33 weeks 2 days with this baby), so the doctor was a bit concerned. She is having me do blood work to check my protein and creatinine levels to make sure my kidneys are functioning okay as that was the only major indicator that I had it the last time. I feel fine, no swelling, no headache, no blurry vision, so unless my blood work comes back crazy, I’m probably fine. I have to go back to the doctor on Thursday to see my results and check my BP again. I guess that will decide whether I get a pass for another week or end up in the hospital. I’m praying for at least another 2 weeks.
