Vitex question
I’ve been doing research on vitex, but I haven’t been able to find how many days I can expect for it to add to my luteal phase. I currently have a 7-8 day luteal phase, which is making it impossible for me to get pregnant.
For those of you who used it, how many days did it add to your LP? Thanks ladies.
