**TMI PIC!** normal? Nipple dryness

*i did post this somewhere else already I just didn't know best place to post*^^

Does this look normal? It is a little itchy. I had a pregnancy scare (but then got several negatives and my regular heavy period) so I'm most likely just being paranoid.

Could it just be dryness? I have naturally dry skin and sometimes get chaffed nipples I just wanted to make sure. If so - how to help it?
