Confused

So I’m curious I know you can get pregnant after a miscarriage but my question is I had a miscarriage the 18th of May and didn’t notice anything odd thought it was my period but lasted 3 days and then a couple wks later my boobs felt like they got huge they hurt badly worse after my bra is off and then when my 1 yr old cries they felt like they got harder but I was nauseous a lot and now I’m bleeding again sooner then I should and it’s not much to worry about, should I give the dr a call or leave it alone like a period
