Keto Diet
Tomorrow I am starting my keto diet. I am excited but nervous at the same time. I have done it before but never gone through the 1st week. This time I am more motivated than ever because I dont want to hit the 200lbs again and I am 4 lbs shy in getting there...no way Jose! I am loosing what I gained and going beyond that to my goal of 165.
Would you girls share any advice, tips, recipes anything that will help me do this keto diet?
