How far apart did you have baby #1 & #2?

I'm considering trying again when son turns 16 months so he'll be just one when the baby comes.. But I'm still scared.. I feel like I was pregnant only last week.. (son is 13 months now) but I also think that it will be good to have two close in age and I want to have them both together so the toys/bottles etc are all out and then can be put away in a few years.. instead of having to drag them all out again in a few years time lol..

10 years!!! My girls are 10 years apart. I was trying to be responsible and have everything in order and after 10 years there was still more to get done, more to have, and more excuses. I had a miscarriage (accidentally got pregnant) and that changed my thinking and decided to finally do it again. 
There will never be enough time, money, or anything so just do it. Now I regret waiting so long and if I could do it all over again I would do it with a 2 year gap. And no longer then 3 years.

My girls are 6years apart. I wish I had them 4 years apart but we were not in a good living situation.

I’m pregnant with my first but one thing I took to note in my family is that two years can be real close and a competitive thing between siblings. So me and my spouse had decide to do three years apart for our family. But honestly every family is different and you should do what you would like for you and your family’s future.

#1 and #2 are 2.5 years apart, we planned it that way and I am very happy with that decision. They are close enough in age to have a lot in common and get along great and the ages weren't too tough to juggle when #2 was born. Expecting #3 in September (was a total suprise!) which will give a 8.5 year and 6 year difference with my first 2. Very exciting! They are at an age where they aren't as naive to another sibling and will be very helpful 😁 they are thrilled! ♡

My son was born November 2013, I'm due this September. I'd have liked a closer age gap, I miscarried 3 times (Dec 16, July 17, Nov 17). I struggled to conceive when I wanted to so I've a larger age gap than I wanted. Bonus of this age gap, my son starts school in September so I will have 6 hours a day to have with the baby without having to worry about splitting my attention and my son is grown up enough to "help" and entertain himself with his toys too.
