Ok this is some what confusing! Has anyone ever had a false positive ovulation test. I’ve always taken ovulation tests and I’m almost the same every month. I always get my surge on the 11th or 12th day after my last period day. I had no issues with my ovulation tests last month (clear blue digital) but this month they seem a little weird. I started testing on Saturday and if your familiar with the digital tests it blinks when it’s ready to test. that part worked but then after I placed in the urine nothing showed up, no positive no negative. So the next day Sunday it did the same thing, then when I hit the eject button to take out the strip from the applicator it appeared with a negative which is weird bc it didn’t appear until I took the test strip out. So then I tested again this morning and I got a positive. ( the reason I’m questioning it is bc of the issues I had all weekend with the tests AND bc like I said I am always regular and the same day ovulation each month and this would be 2 days early for me to test positive) I thought maybe something is wrong with this box of tests so on my way to work I bought a new box (also clear blue digital) and tested again when I got to work it was negative. I just tested again at 5pm with the same box as this morning and got another positive! I’m so confused. So the box I think may be defective gave me two positives today and the newer box gave me a negative today. The reason I’m so concerned is bc this week I will be doing my second <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> and I have to call my doctor when I get my positive and have the <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> done the next day. I did call and they’re saying to come in tomorrow but I’m worried I’ll get another positive later in the week like I normally do and today was a false one? Advice please !
