don't know where to start, ttc.

(Before I start, I have no idea what all the codes are, or simplified phrases other than TTC)

I've wanted another baby and haven't been on any form of birth control for over a year now, before I got it taken out I had the Nexplanon implant in my arm for a little over a year. Getting off bc is about the only step I have taken to try to get pregnant. Was just wondering what else I could do and how it all works with the ovulation tests and things, if anyone had any advice for me or tips. also, is your fertility window always a week after your period ends? I've showed signs of mine being somewhere closer to the start of my next period.
